Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including any original packaging.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at grady@terminalgravitybrewing.com. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
